environment so you will return and recommend us again and again.
SERVICE GUARANTEE:
Hair: We offer 100% guarantee on all services within one week of
appointment. You may book a redo appointment with the original stylist within the first
week with no additional charge, thereafter only with use of recommended at-home care
products. Corrective color requires more than one service to achieve desired results.
Stylists will determine all service guarantees; we cannot guarantee color services if
the client has previously had color done outside of our salon or has used in home color.
Facials:Due to the nature of the Microdermabrasion and chemical peels
this guarantee does not apply.
CHILDCARE:
The spa/salon is not appropriate for children under 12. Children must be receiving services
if present.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment with us, we ask that you please call
us at least 24 hours in advance—as a courtesy to your service provider. Appointments
cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be subject to a cancellation fee up to the
full amount of the appointment.
A client who has been a no show or last minute cancellation three or more times will be
on a walk-in basis only or full pre-payment of the service is required at time of booking.
Emergencies will be taken into consideration by service provider.
PRODUCTS RETURN:
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all of our skin and hair care products. If you decide
that it is not the right product for you, and ½ of the original product is unused, we will
gladly exchange it for another product within 14 days of original purchase. No refunds, exchanges
only. There are no refunds on Gift Cards. Gift cards are the same as cash if lost or stolen.
BOOKING POLICY:
A deposit, valid credit card number, or Gift card number is required for all spa services. In the
case of a no show or cancellation of less than 24 hours, the gift card or credit card will be
charged up to the full appointment amount.
